"Reliable delivery with no hassle"
My order from cigarplace.biz arrived right when they said it would, that’s all I really expect. The tracking updated like it should, the box showed up in good shape, and I didn’t have to chase anything down. Nothing over the top to report, just a straightforward, smooth delivery.

"Checkout Was More Hassle Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried ordering from cigarplace, and the payment part ended up being annoying. My card got declined twice, even though I use it other places without any issues, so I figured something was off with the checkout. Then a pending charge still showed up for a little while, which just made it more frustrating. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. The order eventually went through, but because the checkout was such a hassle, I’m not in a hurry to order again...

"Annoyingly Good Cigars"
I ordered a few cigars from cigarplace.biz and, i’m kind of mad they showed up this good because now I know exactly who to blame when I end up ordering more. They arrived in great shape — fresh, good draw, and the wrappers weren’t dried out or cracked like I’ve had from other places. I’m picky about how cigars burn, and these burned surprisingly even for me. Nothing over-the-top to say here, just solid cigars that tasted the way they should.

"Pretty good deal, I think"
I ordered my usual sticks from here because they were cheaper than what I usually see at local shops. Shipping was fine too, maybe not anything super special, but it got here without any issues. Overall, I’d say it was a good deal.

I had this shipped overseas it went way smoother than I expected. No drama, the box showed up in good shape, and the tracking worked fine. With how some international shipping can be, it was almost ridiculous how simple this ended up being.

I ended up having to return an order because I picked the wrong item, and I was expecting it to be a pain. It turned out to be straightforward though. They replied to my email quickly, and the refund came through a few days later. No drama, which I really appreciated. I’d probably order from cigarplace.biz again, though I’d still be a little cautious until I’m more sure about the overall quality.

"Pretty mixed experience overall"
I signed up for the monthly cigar subscription it was hit or miss. The selection was okay sometimes, but shipping was late twice, which was frustrating. One of the boxes actually showed up with cigars that were a bit dry too. Canceling wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it took more emails than it really should have.

"A little frustrating"
My order came with two of the wrong sticks, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t the biggest deal, I guess, but it was still a bit frustrating since it wasn’t what I ordered.

I looked around at a few different sites before ordering, and cigarplace.biz seemed to have the best deal on the cigars I was after. Shipping was reasonable too, not one of those crazy high charges some places add on. My order showed up just fine, and I ended up saving a little, so yeah, I’m happy with it. I’ll probably order from them again sometime.

"Decent Sampler, But Not Quite Up to My Usual Standard"
I picked up a sampler and thought the price was fair, so I can’t complain too much there. A few of the cigars seemed a little on the dry side, though, which was disappointing since I usually expect a bit better in terms of freshness. Overall, they weren’t bad, but they didn’t really stand out either.
